I charge £70 per 1-hour session

Live Singalong – With uplifting music, including ukulele accompaniment

Sensory Props – Hats and instruments

Low-Impact Chair Movement – Gentle dancing and rhythm-based exercises for all abilities

Monthly Themes – Each month a different theme with optional fun quiz!
